Bass Music Mentor is an online electronic music production training and education company that specializes in helping electronic music producers professionalize their production skills and launch profitable artist brands.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Account Manager who will be the driving force behind the stellar results attained by students across all of our programs.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our students on their music and providing the guidance, feedback, and accountability they need to launch their music careers into the stratosphere.

You will be paid a monthly salary for this position PLUS several exciting commission and bonus incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead both group and private mentor sessions with students in all of our programs.
• Create private trainings and supply the community with top-level resources for both music production and music business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, stewarding their success throughout their time as a student and beyond.
• Meet and exceed ambitious Student Success KPI’s by consistently performing as an A1 music mentor and leading clients to continue their growth in our ecosystem.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of music production, industry trends, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the game and deliver exceptional value.

Qualifications:

• Must be an expert with Ableton Live (familiarity with FL Studio, Logic Pro, and other DAWs is a bonus but not necessary).
• Must be actively producing, releasing, and performing electronic music under your own artist brand.
• Must have top-notch organizational skills and be accustomed to running music production mentorship sessions via Zoom.
• Must love to work in a fast-paced, results-driven learning environment.
• Must bring tremendous energy to all meetings and student interactions.
• Must have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
